I am so very proud to introduce to you the road that Alicia Imbouathong traveled to her current Manager position at CBE Companies. In her 12-year journey at CBE, Alicia has proven that starting as an Associate and then moving into other roles within CBE provided her the knowledge, skills and ability to step into her Manager role leading the Recruiting team.
We interviewed Alicia and this is what she had to say::
Why do you stay at CBE?
Throughout the years, I have built strong working relationships with so many people at CBE. Every day I come to work with my “second family”. My team inspires me to be better … personally and professionally. Additionally, I have always been able to learn and grow within the organization, and continue to do so each and every day.
Why did you join CBE?
I joined CBE in college, so initially it was just a “job” to pay the bills. It has turned into so much more! This has become a career with the opportunity to be a part of an amazing team!
What have you learned while working at CBE?
I have learned so much in my journey at CBE. I’ve grown up here … so I’ve learned a lot about how a business works, but even more about how I can impact the business through my team’s work. Project management, leadership and team work are all areas that I’ve developed in my tenure at CBE. My biggest lesson has been, in order to be successful, never stop learning. This organization has allowed me to do that.
Where do you see the company going over the next five years? What is your role in getting there?
I see our organization growing over the next five years in more ways than I can even imagine! We’ll be expanding our current and new clients into new sites/locations. The Recruiting team will be at the forefront of this expansion. We are excited to dig in and work hard to help this organization grow!
Anything else you want to add?
